Everyone is welcome but selling requires a current SCARS membership. If you are not selling, please park on the street. Do not park in the lots of nearby businesses or your vehicle may be towed.

November 14 & 15, 2025 - Annual Meet, Oceanside (New location)
The Swap Meet officially starts at 7 am on both days in VANC's adjacent parking lot. Buyers are asked to park in the "Overflow" lot across the street. Free coffee & pastries will be available from 6:30 - 8:30 am. A Donation Auction benefiting SCARS will be held mid-morning on Saturday.

Various short radio-related presentations are tentatively planned for the afternoon from 2 - 4 pm in the VANC La Jolla Room. If you're interested in being a presenter, please contact SCARS Events Coordinator Joe Knight at: .
An Open Bar is also planned prior to dinner.
Dinner, Board Elections and a Feature Presentation (to be announced) are slated to take place in the La Jolla Room from 5 - 8 pm. The dinner menu and prices are being finalized and will be posted when available.
Saturday:
Following the swap meet, a Lunch will be served at VANC from 10:30 am - 1 pm. A Radio Contest is also being considered but has not been confirmed.
Saturday's Lunch is tentatively priced at $15 Per Person. The menu (to be confirmed) will include
Finger Sandwiches: Ham & Swiss, Turkey & Muenster, Roast Beef & Provolone, and Tomato Basil & Mozzarella (vegetarian).
Also on offer (again, to be confirmed) will be Fresh Fruit, Potato Salad, Pasta Salad, and a Relish Tray of Lettuce, Tomato, Red Onion & Pickles, as well as the usual condiments.
