The swap meet officially begins at 7 am in the parking lot in back of the restaurant. A Donation Auction will be held mid-morning.
At 11 am, a private banquet area in the Pancake House will host our annual meeting and a breakfast buffet, featuring scrambled eggs, buttermilk pancakes, French toast, bacon and sausage, home fries and beverages.
The buffet is available to SCARS members and their immediate guests for $18 per person, in advance. To reserve your meal, please mail your check as soon as possible to:

Swap Meet Sellers and Buyers:
The restaurant requests that sellers set up only in the designated rear parking lot area so that we do not interfere with patrons.
· The swap must be concluded and the area cleared by 11 am. Seller's vehicles may remain in the lot while attending the buffet.
· Buyers may park in the adjacent bowling alley's parking area, but your vehicle must be removed by 11 am.
All are welcome at the swap meet but selling requires a current SCARS membership.
Driving Directions: Take the 5 freeway towards Tustin. Exit at Red Hill Avenue and head north about 1 mile. The church will be on your right between Bryan Avenue & Irvine Boulevard.
· Parking and Check-in: Please enter the church campus using the north driveway marked
"Parking Entrance" in the guide below. Park your vehicle as shown and proceed to the Auction Venue entrance to check in and register.
· Additional Instructions for Sellers: After registering, carts & dollies will be available to transport items from your vehicle. If you have heavy and/or bulky items, you may drive through the parking lot to the south driveway and use the "Unloading Area" shown below to bring your items into the venue. After unloading, exit to Red Hill Ave, turn right & re-enter the campus through the north Parking Entrance.
The Unloading Area area may also be used for loading heavy/bulky items after checking out at the end of the auction. Space is limited, so please don't park here any longer than necessary.
SCARS members willing to assist with this event are encouraged to participate. If you can help, please contact a board member in advance of the auction.

Feb 15, 2025 - Annual Vintage Radio Auction
The Annual SCARS Auction featuring antique radios, parts & vacuum tubes, classic audio & Ham gear, test equipment, books & related items will again be held at the Red Hill Lutheran Church CLC Fellowship Hall, located at 13200 Red Hill Blvd in Tustin, Ca 92780.
