Our club will host a swap meet in a parking lot adjacent to the Fullerton Airport, located at 4011 W. Commonwealth Ave., Fullerton, Ca., 92833. Sale items typically include vintage radios & electronics, tubes, parts, vinyl records, test equipment and Ham radio gear. The meet officially starts at 7 am and is generally over by about 11 am.
· Public restrooms are located in the west side of the main terminal/tower building lobby. Wings Cafe is on the opposite side.
Directions:
Exit either the 5 or 91 Freeway at Magnolia Ave. Head north for 1 mile and turn left onto Commonwealth Ave. The meet will be in the large fenced parking lot, just west of the main terminal lot.
Buyers:
Parking is available next to Commonwealth Ave. in the designated spaces in front of the meet or in the main terminal lot.
Directions: Exit the 5 Freeway at Burbank Blvd, heading west. Turn left onto N. Victory Blvd. Go one block south to Isabel St. and turn right.
Officially beginning at 7 am, the meet typically runs until about 10:30 am. On offer will be classic radios & parts, phonographs & records, stereo/audio equipment, Ham and test gear, etc. A donation auction benefiting SCARS will be held mid-morning.
Everyone is welcome but selling requires a current SCARS membership. If you are not selling, please park on the street. Do not park in the lots of nearby businesses or your car may be towed.

The Swap Meet officially starts at 7 am on both days in the Green Dragon's south parking lot. Free coffee & pastries will be available from 6:30 - 8:30 am. A Donation Auction benefiting SCARS will be held mid-morning on Saturday.

Various short radio-related presentations are tentatively planned for the afternoon from 2 - 4 pm at the Green Dragon. If you're interested in being a presenter, please contact Event Coordinator Joe Knight at .
Dinner, Board Elections, and a Feature Presentation (to be announced) are slated for 6 - 9 pm.
Saturday:
Following the swap meet, a Deli Style Luncheon will take place at the Green Dragon from 10:30 am - 1 pm. A Radio Contest will also be held. Categories include Best Restoration, Home Brew, Crystal Sets, Novelty Radios (tube or transistor) and Miscellaneous. Cash prizes will be offered for each category; $25 for 1st place, $15 for 2nd and $10 for 3rd.
· Hotel Rooms:
The most convenient place to stay is the Motel 6 located at 6117 Paseo Del Norte, Carlsbad, Ca. 92011. Their parking lot is immediately adjacent to the parking lot of the Green Dragon, offering easy access to the event. You may book your room online or by calling 760-438-1242. Discount motel rates are not available for this event.
