Astor Auction of Vintage Cars and Radios

The Astor Collection will be auctioning off approximately 250 vintage automobiles, a large collection of early radios, telephones, and Art Deco furniture and automobilia. The auction will be held in Anaheim on June 27, 28, and 29, 2008. There will be a preview of the items on Thursday, June 26, and on the following three auction days. Clarence Hill Passes Away at 90

I'm sorry to inform all that venerable SCARS member Clarence Hill died on May 15th, 2008, while being hospitalized. Born in Chicago, Clarence moved to California in the 1950s. A magnanimous character and liked by many, he will be deeply missed. Our thoughts and condolences go out to those who were closest to him.
